Pilgrim House in Marianka

 

Welcome to the Retreat House in Marianka! The place where you are invited is situated in a picturesque valley at the foot of the little Carpathians in Western Slovakia, located 12 km from the center of Bratislava. Our Retreat House operates at the oldest Marian shrine in Central and Eastern Europe.

We offer the opportunity to live retreats and days of recollection for organised groups. We also provide friendly conditions for individual tourists and pilgrims. An important advantage is the favorable location of our house within a short distance of Vienna, Budapest and Mariazell.

We are able to host for up to 55 guests accommodated in single, double, 3-bedded and 4-bedded rooms. Almost all the rooms are equipped with private bathrooms. Pilgrims have the option of praying in the chapel, using a refectory (dining room), a conference room and auditorium equipped with multimedia projector.

Time spent in our Retreat House will not only contribute to the prayerful reflection, but also will provide an opportunity to relax in natural surroundings.
